Suggest Remedies For Irregular Periods

Hello Doctor, I am 19 years old... I am some how very worried. When i first got my mense, it was at the age of 14...till then i get my mense only once or twice a year thats also when i drink some pills containing hormones. if i do not drink any pills,i might not get my mense the whole year. due to this problem, i have gain weight, i get angry quickly and also severe skin problem.. I badly need help Doctor.. Plzzzz Help me.
