Suggest Remedies For Irregular Periods,abdominal Pain And Lower Back Pain

Hi, I'm 25 yrs old. My problem is irregular periods from the time I started it. I had done scanning one year before and the report was normal. They told me to reduce my weight which cud help in regularizing my cycles. Then one of my friends advised me to go for homeopathy. Unfortunately since I started it 8 months from now, I haven got my periods. My doctor is saying it will take time to get set. But I am feeling very uncomfortable with myself. I'm constantly having lower back and abdomen pain. Sometimes I have light stains. Please suggest me what to do.I am so worried.
