Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have symptoms of irritated, painful roof of mouth and gums which seems to be due to poor oral hygiene and poor nutritional status. Bumps on the roof of the mouth can be due to canker sores, deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, stress, acid reflux, dry mouth, side effect of medicines, allergies. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit oral physician once and get complete examination done. You should apply dologel gel on these sores and leave it for 3-4 minutes. You should avoid intake of sharp, spicy and hot food substances. Maintain basic hygiene of oral cavity by brushing and flossing. Drink plenty of cool water. You can take a multivitamin tablet daily. You can also take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
