Suggest Remedies For Itching In The Rectal Area
my rectum is itchy/ there is no blood coming out after I use toilet/ my job involves long sitting/when I go for long walk in evening I feel better /but now for last two days rectum is itchy/I feel to scrath it badly/it may be preliminary stage of piles?

Possible causes of itching anus may include:
-Local anal infection by a fungus
-Hemorrhoid(pile)
-Local irritation or allergy
-Rectal masses
I will suggest you try the following:
*Use an antihistamine cream like benadryl locally
*A steroid like dexamehtasone orally for 5 days.
*Good genital/anal hygiene.
If symptoms persist, you see a Proctologist for evaluation and if need be, a rectoscopy.
