Suggest Remedies For Itchy Ankles, Hands, Inner Thighs And Buttocks
Hi I have been itching every since a girl came over to stay for about 3 months Her mom sometimes brought a dog I have been itching every where the most irritating places are my ankles hands in inner thigh and buttocks help I don't see no bugs anywhere what could it be?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy ankles, hands, inner thighs and buttocks which seems to be due to bacterial infection of the skin and soft tissue due to compromised immunity of your body and increased susceptibility of getting infected. It seems to be due to folliculitis. Need not to worry. Apply topical antibacterial ointment neosporin or gentamicin on these rashes twice daily. You should take oral painkiller as well. Avoid touching or pricking rashes on thighs. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. I would suggest you to start with oral antibiotic course of Amoxycillin 500 mg in combination with clavulanic acid 125 mg for around 1 week.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
