Suggest Remedies For Itchy Bumps On Left Side Of The Body

I started feeling itchy and all of a sudden I have bumps all over my left side of my body from my ankle to my arm. They itch really bad. This happened last night and I tool benedryl and used Allegra rapid relief cream which calmed the itch. I still have them up until now. Can u tell me what s wrong?

you are probably suffering from an urticarial rash.
it can occur due to contact with allergens in air,in food or on the skin.
common allergens are dust , mite,pollen, peanuts,shelfish,soy products,milk,eggs etc.
worm infestation can also cause frequent allergic reaction.
detergents,fabric conditioners and cosmetics,insect bite can also cause allergies.
urticarial rash can be treated with antihistamines like cetrizine,allegra,avil.
to soothe skin you can apply calapure or anthical lotion.
stay away from the allergens if you find the cause of your allergy.
please take immediate medical help if it is associated with swelling of lips or tongue and if you develope breathlessness.
