Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a single bullseye shaped area that continues to itch. I do not recall being bitten by anything and the area has increased in size in the past week. I do not have any other symptoms. Should I see a doctor or purchase an over the counter product for this.
sir there is a long list of bulls eye skin lesions. so I suggest first try some over the counter medicine like clobetasole+ neomycin+clorimazole(antifungal) cream, which will be helpful in most of the cases.because fungal infection in skin is pretty common. if the lesion is not resolved you must go to a dermatologist for further consultation.
thank you.
