Hello. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Body Weight of 115 pounds for a 21 years old having height of 5,7, can be considered as underweight. A person may be underweight due to genetics, metabolism, drug use, lack of food(frequently due to poverty), eating disorder, or illness (both physical and mental). Being underweight is associated with certain medical conditions, including anorexia, type 1 diabetes, hyperthyroidism, cancer, or tuberculosis. Therefore I request you to consider approaching a physician for a detailed physical check up. Hope I have answered your query. You can contact me for treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. K. V. Anand
