Hi, My son was 5months old with a weight of 5kgs.He was born by eating his own shit and reminded in nicu for 10 days.And now he is not preferring breast feed and my milk reduced.My ped gave him lactogen which he is not preferring as well.Am really in panic and not knowing what to do.pls do help me

you need to try to give him your breast milk only. if he is not accepting, try giving expressed breast milk.
because exclusive breast milk needs to be given till 6 months.
after that u can start the baby on various top feeds and other foods.
