Suggest Remedies For Lethargy, Sore Throat And Severe Sneezing

I have a sore thought, am very lethargic, have severe sneezing, runny eyes, and have a slight headache. I believe it s a bad a cold, but I ve had these symptoms for several days and if it s a cold, the remedies I ve been taking are not helping. So I m concerned.
