Suggest Remedies For Lightheadedness Post Recovery From Diarrhea
I am a 56 year old female living in Massachusetts had horrible diarrhea last Thursday through Monday....also vomited a few times! Have been back on solid food since yesterday, lost about 7 pounds but now I feel very spacey/lightheaded and if I try to do anything I get tired and need to sit down? Is this normal?

You had loose motion and vomiting 5 days. Dehydration and electrolytes loss.
that will cause tiredness and weakness. Take lots of fluid and electrolytes will be alright. Take electrol powder 1 packet in 1 litter water mix and drink on and off.
