Suggest Remedies For Low BP, Lightheadedness And Chest Pain

My blood pressure was 90/60 this morning. Now its 90/49. What should I do? I feel lightheaded. I have chest pain. I have a headache on my right side and also have pain in the right side of my neck. I m thinking of taking a nap to see if I feel better. ????

Hello,

The blood pressure that you have recently 90/49 isn't normal for your body. Including the chest pain the first thing that you need is to have a consultation with cardiologist to exclude a pathology. The nap I think isn't a good solution in this case. During this time you should drink liquids, tea or cafe and Diclofenac for the headache.

I hope my answer help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Monika Dede
