Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m a 32 year old mother of three, pretty healthy aside from mild MVP and brady cardia. Been feeling really tired, brain fog, forgetful, as if I was with child but I m not. I had a tubal after my third child 5 years ago. Regular follow up with blood work showed low WBC at 3.5 two weeks ago and a follow up now shows both white and red blood count are in the low zone wbc 3.3 and red 3.72. My Hemoglobin is a 12.0 and Hematocrit 36.1 . Looking at records it seems I run on the lower end of what normal is but getting lower to which now in the out of range low numbers. I feel drained and not like a 32 year old! My doctor wasn t worried about the low number two weeks ago but now that my reds in the low I want to know why? I have great health insurance and think maybe I need to seek answers from a Mayo clinic or a specialist of some kind. I can t live like this forever and my fatigue seems to be getting worse over the last couple years. I get plenty of sleep but feel lifeless by 5pm. Who can help me?
