Hi,

Regarding creatinine which measures 0.8mg/dl is not a cause of concern. Regarding altered lipid profile there are certain things that will help to come to conclusion whether treatment be started or not. Firstly what is the level of your BP, then if you are taking any BP Medicine, if you have Diabetes and if you are smoker or not, is there any family history of lipid abnormality (familial dyslipidemia) and any family history of premature heart disease(ASCVD).Considering all these factors collectively and the high LDL and after proper clinical examination it will be a reasonable stage to come to a conclusion if you should start statin(lipid lowering) therapy.
Apart from this you should modify you diet from now onwards. Add more fibre to your meal, green leafy and fibrous vegetables, low fat diet, restrict saturated fat, no trans fat, no junk/fried food, quit all addictions, if any.
Regular aerobic exercise, as tolerated.
Your aim should be to reduce you bodyweight because at present you BMI is more than 26 which is not normal. So do look into these lifestyle modifications and consult your local doctor for taking a decision about start statin.

Hope this helped. Do let us know.
