Suggest Remedies For Low Milk Production Post Delivery
It s my 7 th day after C section . My breast milk is not sufficient for the baby although I make her to latch every 2 hours. What are the other ways to induce milk production? Can lactate or galact help? Please let me know your feedback . What more changes should be included in the diet?

You can continue lactate as it is quite effective.
If milk production is still low, you can take Domperidone.
