Suggest Remedies For Lump With Bruise After Hitting My Head
I banged my forehead yesterday, a fliudy lump appeared straight away, I put some ice on it for a while and it went down a sizable amount, but the lump is still there, it s soft and squidgy. It feels bruised all around the area but there is no visable sign of bruising. I ve had no headaches/confusion etc but there is a stiffness in my left shoulder I don t know if that is relevant. The lump is just above my right eyebrow and is about the width of my whole eyebrow.
I understand your concern. Lump is normal after a blow to the head. If you don't feel headaches, dizziness, visual disturbances, nausea, vomitting, tingling or disorder of walking, there is no reason for fear. In case of appearence any of these symptoms visit your GP or go to the emergency room as soon as possible. Stiffness in your shoulders is probably not connected with the lump, you may also hit your shoulder. There is also no reason for fear. Visit your GP or go to emergeny if this stiffness improves or you develop problems with moving your hand or feel tingling or pain. I hope this asnwer was helpful to you.
