37 year old daughter has what appears to be a migraine headache. She has had the pain for one month solid. Been to the ER, had a C scan (negative), but cannot get any relief from the pain. She cannot work or function. Vomits often. Sleep deprived. Worried that it may NOT be migraine but something more sinister.
This looks like migraine since her CT scan is normal. She can be put on flunarizine and Inderal as a prophylaxtic measure. For acute pain she should take a NSAId pain killer and or a tryptan. Consult your PCP for exact dosages
