my friend has multiple open sores on his hands arms and one on the outside of his upper lip. They are about the size of a normal medium blister. the sores are surrounded by redness more like a rash than redness around open wounds. He is diabetic, als, high blood pressure and a few other dilemma including the one that weakens your bones. Any ideas what it could possibly be (mesa maybe) and what can be done other than seeing a physician as he is homeless and could not afford it if it was life threatening.
