Suggest Remedies For Muscle And Joints Pain While On Warfarin

I am on blood thinners ,Warfarin. . Started last Oct after a long stay in hosp for Diverticus. Had bil PEs. After 6 mos had bowel resection remov ing 12 in from Sigmoid colon. After 4 weeks was able to add some sort foods but watched vit k intake. I don t seem to be able to get therapeutic regularly. Last week Warfin was changed again. I have developed muscle and joint pain. Can hardly get up. Can this be the cause of Warfarin?

Yes, it could be. It is better if you consult your hematologist and find what it is and also get your coagulation profile done.
