Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
Your right foot is the one operating the vehicle the most, correct? You may try doing stretching exercises for your legs and hips throughout the day. The stretches are similar to the ones runners do before they go out on a workout.
Next, you may not be getting all the nutrients you need. The one that pops up in my mind quickly is
magnesium. Low magnesium, present in leafy greens and vegetables, etc., can cause
muscle cramps.
Dehydration can cause cramps from the loss of electrolytes in sweat and high heat. Remain hydrated and possibly use a replacement beverage for your electrolytes if you are working in high heat.
Last, but not least, is a visit to the physician to determine if you have a compressed
nerve.
