My am currently awake due to my hand muscles spasm hours ago. It s in a fixed position when at rest. I literally have to force my hand into a position to handle anything that I do with my hands. The fixed position is uncomfortable, keeps me awake, and at times unbearable making it very tired. However there is no pain at least when the condition is at its worst, which happened quite some time ago. Review please. Thank you.
