Suggest Remedies For Nausea In An Elderly Person

My husband (age 61) had a sudden feeling of nausea this morning. Later in the day he was bring in the garbage and he fainted 2 times. He called me home from work and found him in bed with an knot above his left eyebrow. He had vomited and says he few very week when he tries to get up. He is refusing to go to the emergency room. His now feeling cold.

Hello,

Nausea, vomiting, fainting can be due to falling in blood pressure or hypotension particularly when Diastolic pressure falls below 60mmHg.

This can be due to:

Decreased activity of the heart, loss of electrolytes from heat in the blood.

The decreased glucose level in the blood due to diabetes mellitus.

I suggest you take him to the hospital for general examination so that proper cause be found and addressed accordingly.
