Suggest Remedies For No Considerable Growth In The Fetus From The Last Month

hello sir, i have a problem of sle and mctd with approximatelly 7 month of pregnancy but to the last month baby is not growing according to my lmp(26-08-2010) sir i got my altrasound report today there is no growth of baby to last month to this month (there is similar groth of baby last month and this month) so sir suggest me what i do know

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your fetus is having intrauterine growth retardation, which is common in patients of SLE and MCTD, due to hampered blood supply to the fetus. You should get a doppler ultrasound to assess the blood supply to the fetus and get the further management accordingly.
