Suggest Remedies For Nocturnal Emission

hii, dear sir i m 24 year old ,i have big problem of nightfall and also unwanted erection during sleep , sometimes it get worse and i get wetdream 2 times in one night, whenever i take water while sleeping;even a sip of water, wetdream happen to me. i would like to know and want medication also.

I understand your concern
Your problem could be due to stress/anxiety, inadequate masturbation
Semen production is continuous. If you do not involve in regular masturbation then it will automatically come out in dream to meet sexual demand.
Take following advises:
Do moderate masturbation at bed time before going to sleep (2-3/week). It cause better sleep and reduce stress/anxiety
Eat high protein diet with fresh fruits and green leafy vegetable, avoid stress/anxiety, do regular exercise.
If problem persists then consult urologist.
