My son (age 6.5) has been complaining of headaches and has occasional nosebleeds. This evening the headache seemed to come on right before the nosebleed. The nosebleed was not as heavy as some of the others he has had. The headache appeared to pass after the nosebleed.
The causes that leads nose bleed should be ruled out like that of...... -Allergic rhinitis -Sinus or nose infection -Foreign body -tumour or vascular problem in nose -hypertension -dry air prolonged exposure -DNS
Your child's blood pressure has to be measured and rhinoscooy nasal examination done
According to cause further treatment can be guided...
It is the mostly Nasal cause that leading referred headache...
