Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was recently in the hospital due to a stone blocking my bile duct. It seems the older I get the harder it is to find my veins. They had to put the IV in the vein on top of my hand. After a day it was hurting quite badly and they had to switch it out. That was June 15th and the vein is hurting like crazy still. The pain goes into my wrist. How normal is this?
