Suggest Remedies For Pain And Extreme Stiffness In Calf Muscles
I am experiencing joint and muscle pain. I was recently put on a new medication...Nuvigil 250 mg which I stopped taking yesterday. My calf muscles are extremely tight making it extremely difficult to walk. I also have pain in my hip joints. This came on relatively quickly on June 7th.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a muscular cramp. I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day. I also suggest using magnesium supplement daily. Warm compresses can also be very helpful to relieve the symptoms.
