Suggest Remedies For Pain And Redness In Upper Arm After Getting Vaccinated

After receiving pneumonia vaccine injection, I had pain and red rash in the upper arm for at least seven days....extremely tender. Then I got trigger thumb and trigger finger within days after and still have this condition. Have you heard of anyone else getting this?

Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

Although I have not encountered any individual with such presentation but it is theoretically as well as practically possible thing. I think first you developed the injection abscess which lead to redness and tendernes in upper arm.

Since it was not treated probably it lead to involvement of radial nerve which resulted in involvement ofg thumb as well as finger.

I must assure you that during early stager there is good chance of recovery and you should seek treatment from your doctor without delay.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.
