Hi I m a recreational tennis player male and 45 yrs old. Recently, I changed my serving routine after a week I felt pain around my right rib cage below arm pit to lower shoulder at the back. I can t do push ups anymore due to pain it s like you can t breathe. The pain goes away when I play on the court but when at rest the pain seem to get activated after play. I applied ice pack and took pain drugs.
