General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience of numbness of your arm pain at the back and ampit with associated dexterity of the fingers on the same side following a previous fall I am suggesting that you have developed a local peripheral neuropathy possibly due to Spinal cord compression

In view of this please do a spinal MRI and see an orthopaedic specialist with the result and for further clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug

Meanwhile you will need a physiotherapy at least three times a week regarding your arm

I hope this helps Regards
