General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

When all the testing has ruled out a hernia, calculus, and other internal issues, there can be ligament stretch, neurologic pain to be considered.

Analgesic, muscle relaxant, particular position adaptions, and other supportive care will help best till the final diagnosis and cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
