Suggest Remedies For Pain In The Right Foot

Last night, I woke up with a sharp pain in the top of my right foot. Felt like someone hit it with a hammer. The pain continued through the night and still on going. I took some Tylenol this morning so I could walk with minimal pain. I have not had an accident or injury to my foot.

Hello,

Since you didn't had an accident or injury then there is no need for a X-ray of the joint. I believe it can be tendinitis of inflammation of tendons. I think you may need to take anti-inflammatory drugs such Advil or Naproxen for pain relief. Physiotherapy also may help. Keep limb elevated and at rest.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
