Suggest Remedies For Painful Calves While Having PAD And Peripheral Neuropathy

I have PAD and Peripheral Neuropathy. My calves feel tight and hurt all the time. I m on Gabapentin 900mg 3 times a day, which helps some, but, not enough. The pain is unbearable some days. What Medication should I ask my Doctor to put me on for a better Blood Circulation. He s never offered anything. Some times I think he just don t care. Pain Management has me on 7.5 mg Oxycodone, which don t help at all! It s just not strong enough for the type and severity of my chronic pain. (Back Fusion of L4-L5)
