During sex my penis hit her perineum and it was very painful.. Now I have a very hard muscle or something on the left side almost behind my scrotum.. I can still have an erection but is painful in that area.. What is it that s swollen and painful and what can I do about it? Happen 5 days ago

Don't worry it is just a soft tissue injury which needs to be adresssed. You can start icing it immediately which shall relieve the swelling and pain. You can take some anti inflammatory medication as well. You can also apply Diclofinac gel on the area.
