Suggest Remedies For Painful Urination Post Kidney Stent Removal
I have had a kidney stone removed on the 27th January and had a stent put in. I had the stent removed on 5th Feb and I find that when I pass water it is painful or burns even though I am drinking a lot of water. I am also passing g water frequently Is there anything that would help with burning or pain please?
Hello there! Well your symptoms seems like to be of urinart tract infection, my friend. Sometimes the urine is white in colour because of the pus cells in it or could be blood stained followed by burning pain. I would recommend you to have antibiotics for 5 days. Amoxicillin is good antibiotic for this. You can have one each day after your breakfast. You'll be fine soon. And yes also keep drinking lots of water. It would help a lot I'm sure. Regards, Dr Gunjan
