Suggest Remedies For Painless Red Patches On Thigh

Large red patches (size of a loonie and bigger) on thigh of one leg. No scaling, itching or pain. Been there for 3 months do not change at all. Tried many creams for psoriasis, eczema and over the counter steroid ointment. Does nothing and just stays there.
