Suggest Remedies For Partial Hearing Loss In Right Ear
My right ear was evidently injured several years back by speakers at a concert. Sometimes I can hear out of it and sometimes not. Sometimes I have sharp pains in the ear. I have been using Azelastine Hydrocloride nasal spray and it helps for a while then I again experience what feels like a clogged ear. Any suggestions?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hearing difficulty and you have not consulted the ENT surgeon then you have to do this because it may required the audio gram and ear examination, it may be wax impaction if it is so then it need to be removed and ENT can only do this hope this information helps.
