Suggest Remedies For Persistent Cough With Itching Sensation In Chest

i have been coughing for almost two months now,i thought it will be fine but its not going away,its not serious but i get the urge to cough especially at night when lying down and early in the morning, it feels itchy inside my chest in the middle and i am forced to cough, please help me, i am a student and dont have any good doctors near my locality.

most important is sputum for AFB. consult pulmunologist for auscultation of lungs field may be bronchodialator is to be added and one antibiotic like ezythrocin 500mg is to be given for 5 days. can give benadryl cough expectorant.
