Hello!
I have been through your question.
Related to your symptoms I think this is an
gastroenteritis. The cause is typically a viral (norovirus, adenovirus ect) or bacterial infection (e.coli,
salmonella). But to find the cause of the gastroenteritis you should do a stool sample. Because of diarrhea , you also can become dehydrated. I suggest to watch for signs of
dehydration, such as dry skin and a dry mouth, feeling lightheaded, and being really thirsty. So, in your case during this time you should re hydrated with a lot of liquids (water, tea) and tresol as well as take probiotics. Except this you must meet your doctor to do a physical examination, see blood pressure (because of the
dizziness), taking detailed medical history, kidney function (azotemi, kreatinin) . Usually for persistent bacterial diarrhea I prescribe
oral antibiotics (bactrim, ciprofloxacini) but you should talk with your doctor to take it.
I hope my answer help you.
I wish a quick recovery.
