Hi Doctors, Prima facie it is a great effort to operate such a a platform. I am 40 years old Male and am suffering from unstoppable hiccups since evening. Though drinking water is giving a break it is only short lived. Should I consult a physician on a priority basis Have no other health complaints as of now.. Thanks in Advance
Based on the history you have shared, the hiccups could be due to irritation of the diaphragm muscle. If drinking water helps then try taking it in some large amounts and antiemetic and gas medicine can also help. if still problem persists then consult your physician for muscle relaxant prescription.
Wishing you a speedy recovery Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
