Suggest Remedies For Persistent Itch On Back, Neck And Scalp

I have had this itch for years and cream from doctor does not help. Now it is worse with spreding itch all over my back and neck and even head itches. Alcohol rub and peroxide is only temporary. Hot hot bathing is temporary but soothing. What to do?

might be contact dermatitis.
wash the area with dermadew soap.
apply antiperspirant powder.
oral antihistamines.
