Suggest Remedies For Persistent Loose Motions And Stomach Pain During Pregnancy
Hello doctor, I am suffering from loose motions and stomach pain since 15 days, does it effect fetus weight gain.My gynaec suggested me Secnil Forte 1g 2 tablets dosage. After 1 week another 2 tablets. No control by this medicine and I am worrying alot .Please suggest me .
Hello thank you for writing us here. For diarrhea, I would suggest you probiotics which are safer. You can buy sporolac or bifilac sachet from market and also drink plenty of water. Oral rehydration salt solution would also do well. You can take it for 3 to 5 days and the symptoms would be under control soon. Antibiotics are not always necessary because the development of resistance is quick and also its not good for future infections as you'll need stronger antibiotics if you get an infection again. God bless you and your little baby.
Best regards, Dr Gunjan
