Hi I was hoping you could help me with this question please. I have been feeling ray off lately really kinda since before or while I was on my last period. My head has been feeling fuzzy, hard to focus my eyes , I m suffering from migrans constantly it seems. Myperiod has ended just about the 23rd of December yet I m still suffering from intense cramps that are off and on. And know a kinda stiffness in my neck .fingers are tingly most of time know. Is there a chance i forgot to remove a tampon and that s why I m feeling this way. Or could this be something else cAuse in it .and what shouLd I do . My feet and hands keep going very cold and numb. I m getting dizzy spells off and on and random feeling of wanting to throwup. I feel extramly heaviness through out my body I keep getting cramps and pains up and down my arms .
