Suggest Remedies For Persistent Numbness In The Right Hand

I have had numbness in my hand for the last few days now. It s only in my right hand, and its localized to my pinky and that side of the hand, on both sides. I have tried ice, and heat, and both do nothing. Are there any other methods I can try to get the numbness to go away?
