Suggest Remedies For Persistent Pain In Lower Back And Tailbone
I am experiencing severe lower back / tailbone pain. Have had it for about 5 weeks now. This has recently been accompanied with some testicular discomfort (very tender). I felt no lumps in testicles. I went to urgent care and Doctor paid little attention to my back. Stayed I might have strained it because I workout 3-5 days each week. I did have microscopic blood in urine (3-5) but was advised nothing to be serious about. Was advised to come back and they would retest in four weeks. What could be issue? I m very concerned about the lower backpain
As you mentioned you work out, you might have strained it a lot during work out. As you are advised to come back in four weeks, you must be advised some painkillers for relief. Also, I suggest you not to go to gym for few days. Take rest and if the condition improves then it is most likely related to workout. Make sure you exercise under observation of a trainer which will help to avoid further issues like this.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
