hello .i read your query and it points towards
allergic rhinitis which is a response to allergens(commonly pollens, dust, some grasses, smoke, molds ,perfumes etc) and chances are you might also have a deviated
nasal septum which increases chances of similar symptoms.
either way,it is not a cause of worry and can be cured easily
if the possible allergen which triggers the condition often can be identified, try to avoid it.since you havenot mentioned the name of the nasal spray you are using,i would advise the following:
an antihistamic drug like levocetrizine or
fexofenadine or a combination of either one with montelukast. Both will give excellent response to your said symptoms.
you can use
oxymetazoline nasal drops 3 drops each nostril twice daily for 5 days everytime followed humidified steam inhalation.
tried to avoid nasal spray,as it has a tendency to cause rebound effect.
Newer
immunotherapy can also be tried as a measure, but i would suggest go with above regimen for 5 to 7 days and see how it works out for you before trying other therapy
hope i have clarified your query.good day
