Hello dear
Understand your concern
Poison ivy produce Irritant Dermatitis. It is mainly due to toxin and chemical.
First go for Vaginal swab tests and urine testing to rule out the fugal and any bacterial infections.
I prescribed following advice in the case of poison Ivy:
Tablet levocetrizine
Apply zanfel that remove the toxin.
Avoid scratching and apply cold compression.
Take lukewarm water bath with aded colloidal oatmeal preparation.
Wear loose pure cotton under garments.
Mild steroid like 0.5 % hydrocortisone should be applied but should be taken after examination and after consulting with doctor.

So consult the dermatologist and take proper prescribed drug.
Hope this may help you
