Suggest Remedies For Recurring Mouth Ulcer In An Infant

My 19 month son has a re-occurring mouth ulcer... We already see several dr and we got told he has coxsakie virus.. then we see another dr he said ,, he has mouth herpes so they they gave him acyclovir to take for 5 days that did not do a thing infact it got worse.... then we so a G.I we got told its not cronic she said it was a really bad viral infection so no we are schedule for a procedure... the only thing we can think off is that he is lacking some vitamins in his body due to he was born 2 months...

If it is not due to viral infection then it should get corrected if you take supplements of vitamin B and C as they’re well for normal mouth ulcers.
