Suggest Remedies For Recurring Panic Attacks And Anxiety Issues
I ve been dealing w/ anxiety issues for about 30 years now. Was dealing w/ panic attacks and depression. Both seemed to be under control for several years now. Recently I started having recurring panic attacks w/ no apparent reasons. I tried getting my doctor to wean me off effexor xr and trazadone, that was a nightmare. Any suggestions?
Advice 1. Continue Effexor XR and trazodone as suggested by your doctor 2. Add clonazepam 0.25 mg per oral at bed time 3. Appreciate your special qualities 4. Take yourself positively 5. Forget the past 6. Stop worrying 7. Schedule enjoyable events and activities 8. Play with children and talk with elderly 9. Exercise at least half an hour in a day 10. Practice meditation 11. Discuss your problem with your family 12. Consult a psychiatrist for further counseling Thanks
