I have small red dots on my penus that come and go. I am using an antifungal cream and sometimes cortezone and they go away for a while and then they come back. I also have soreness of the head of the penus form time to time, I am on medication, avodart, to reduce the size of my prostate, and I am experiencing burning mouth
